They literally Scam people, They don't send you stuff that's mentioned on the website

I ordered a hamper and was extremely disappointed to find that it did not include the Smoor chocolate teddy or the flowers—both of which were clearly shown in the product images on the website.

When I reached out for support, I had to wait over an hour to get a resolution, only to be told by the agent that flowers were not part of the hamper, despite the misleading visuals.

The entire experience with The Gift Studio has been unnecessarily stressful. Instead of enjoying a special moment with my loved ones, I ended up spending my time arguing for a refund. This was my first order, and sadly, it will also be my last. I won’t be ordering again.
