- It is very easy to re-order from your previous orders. Please visit the 'My Purchases' page and hit the 'Re-order' button. You can reorder the gifts and send it to the same address or a different one.
- The combination of our cards and your messages are bound to make your loved ones smile. To add a personalized message, simply choose a card style and write your message within the character limit. We love to write these messages down for you!
- You will be asked to confirm that the age of the purchaser and receiver of liquor hampers/products conform to the legal age requirements as stated in the applicable laws of the State. Our Studio-Santa will deliver these hampers and products only after verifying the age of the receiver. The receiver will need to show a valid Goverment ID at the time of delivery.
- We know it can take some time choosing the perfect gift for your special ones. You can use the wishlist to add gifts and take time to ponder on what your loved ones would love the best. You may also choose to add out-of-stock products to your Wishlist and we will let you know when that perfect gift is ready for you to order!
- No one can put a price tag on your love! Yes, we remove all price tags from our products or strike off the printed prices. Your loved ones will not get to know the price of your gifts in any way.
- We are sorry. We are not accomodating Cash on Delivery as a payment method currently
- Last minute invites? Forgot about the party? Don't worry, we have certain products that are available for Same day delivery. You may find these in the 'Same Day' tab on the homepage. You will be notified of the delivery charges at checkout. We usually charge a premium for midnight deliveries only.
- We make sure that our hampers and products are in the best condition before we send them out for delivery. However, if you receive a hamper article that is damaged or incorrect, you can call us on 08880077745 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 hours of delivery
- Our hampers go through rigorous quality check processes before they are out for delivery. But if you are missing some items, you can call our support center team via phone on NB number or email us on email@example.com within 3 hours of delivery.
- You may raise a request for return through the website or by writing to us on firstname.lastname@example.org. To raise a request via the website, please go to the 'My Purchases' tab in your Account page and raise the request against the particular order you want to return.
- We accept all major national credit cards and national debit cards. We also accept payments via net-banking and UPI
- Yes, the prices are inclusive of the applicable taxes
- The payment may have been declined due to network errors or a mismatch in any information provided by you. We request you to try again once you have rechecked your connection and information. Please contact us on 08880077745 in case the problem persists.
- We try and make sure that we don't charge you incorrectly. In cases you believe we have made a mistake, reach out to us on 08880077745 or email us at email@example.com and let us know the details. We will take care of the rest!
- We have a no refund policy. However, you may request a refund against return of damaged or partially incomplete orders by writing to us on firstname.lastname@example.org . We will connect with you and let you know if your request can be accepted or not. Once the refund request has been processed, you will receive the amount within 7 working days. Please note that the delivery charges will not be refunded in any case.
- We wish we did not charge you for choosing us to deliver your love. However to ensure your gifts are delivered in the best condition - we do take a delivery charge. The delivery costs will depend on your order and distance from our stores. You will be notified of the delivery charges at the Checkout page.
- All gifts are delivered by our very own Studio Santas. They are representatives of The Gift Studio who take care of your gifts till they reach your loved ones!
- We know you are as excited as us to send these gifts out! Relax, we will keep you covered throughout the way. We will send you three messages once you place an order. 1. We start with an order confirmation. 2. We let you know when we have curated and packed your order. 3. You will know when the gifts are out for delivery - literally on the way!
- Last minute plans? You can call us on 08880077745. We will let our Studio-Santa know where you want to get the gifts dropped off at - be it your neighbour's or to the security. Don't worry, our Studio-Santas won't climb down your chimneys! You could also let us know of an alternative time for the delivery.
- We would never want to bother you with this, but at times we have to be careful. Our delivery executive will have to check the ID in case of orders containing liquor bottles to comply with the legal rules and regulations of the State.
- We will be delighted to see you at one of our stores. In case you wish to pick up the gifts yourself, call us at 08880077745 while placing your order and we will let you know the location for you to visit and collect the gifts in-person. You may then choose the 'Self-pickup' option during checkout. Please note this facility will be available for only certain orders.

- We offer same day deliveries for a limited range of products. You may find the range on clicking the 'Same Day' tab on our homepage. We also offer midnight deliveries at an extra charge provided the order is placed in time as per the terms and conditions indicated on the product page
- To ensure we deliver a seamless exprerience each time we curate a gift for you and your loved ones. We ask for the recepient's number to coordinate the last-mile delivery. Don't worry if you want the gift to be a surprise - we will only reach out the recipient at the moment of delivery!
RETURNS & REFUNDS
- To raise a return request, please write to us at email@example.com or call us on 08880077745. You will need to provide us with the Invoice Number. The Invoice number will be sent to the Mobile Number and Email address provided to us during the time of order.
- We do not accept returns unless your order is not delivered in full and/or the items are damaged before it reaches you. In addition, certain product and categories which include perishable goods cannot be returned as mentioned in the Terms and conditions of these products
- You can raise a request for replacement of products in case they reach you in a damaged condition. However, this will be subject to nature of goods and stock availability. We do not guarantee a replacement against your request.
- While raising a request for return of damaged or incomplete orders, you may choose to ask for a Refund. However, we reserve the right to use our discretion to issue a refund. Kindly note, the delivery charges will not be refunded in any case.
