Handmade Crochet Cute Lion Rakhi for Kids

I ordered a Rakhi from this site specifically because it promised same-day delivery. Despite the delivery location being very close, the order wasn’t delivered on time and the delay was blamed on rain. The next day, after repeated follow-ups, I finally received the package—only to find it was the wrong order.
When I contacted their team again, they assured me the correct product would be sent. After waiting again, I was finally told that the product I had originally ordered was unavailable since the previous day. They didn’t even ask if I wanted a substitute.
This experience completely ruined the Raksha Bandhan celebration for me. Unreliable service, poor communication, and zero accountability. I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone looking for timely or trustworthy delivery.
